Event Specific Builds
Our society exists in a highly transient world, with brands and products constantly competing for our immediate attention. Trends change quickly and we have only a split second to grab the attention of our audience. So, it’s essential that clients create instant impact and a compelling ‘draw’ at the point of purchase.
This example was built for the 2023 F1, the customer believed our conventional drinks menu needed that ‘something’ about it to add to the feel of the racing weekend and so we custom built a starting grid design which drew a lot of attention.

Prototypes & Batch Builds
Obviously, it would be a shame if only the customers had the fun of creating besopoke products…
…that’s why we always set aside time for the team to work on something new in-house, where the brief can allow for more elaborate innovations and ideas.
This design, which is just in its final stages of production, was conceived in 2023, it was then pitched to the board and quickly approved for prototyping.
The process is the same as we use for our customers, sketch and flesh out the idea, then create 3 dimensional renderings, build a prototype and do some market testing and is everything goes well, start redesigning for manufacturing multiples. We can’t say much at the moment, but we’ll be looking for feedback soon!
Bespoke Vehicles
It will be of no surprise and clearly not a secret, that we have built custom vehicles for other people over the years. When we started the business 12 years ago, we obviously had to modify vans ourselves and as we did more of them and they gained popularity, others approached us wanting their own.
We obliged and built multiple custom VW’s that not only went off around the UK, but abroad, in one case as far as America!
As we embrace 2024, we are keen to expand the inventory, our customers are always looking for something new and we are always happy to oblige, plus it’s exciting for the team to tackle something completely fresh and unique.
Personalised Assets
As can be expected, some of the events we support, do not allow to put a whole vehicle or even a pop-up bar in place. So over the years, we’ve been asked to create more conveneint serving assets or points of sale, that can be used in offices, private events and smaller venues, where the customer either wants to respect the space available or allow for multiple products/brands to do represented.
This particular design is a hand cart which we built a few years back, it became very popular and we started making more of them for lease or sale, some are rebranded and we hold them in stock to rent ourselves, others are built for the customer to keep and they reuse or repurpose them for multiple events or locations.
Our carts, as many of our other assets, can be supplied plain or branded and if required, we can alter the design for a particular use or environment, a larger awning for shade or bad weather, offroad tyres for muddy fields etc… we do get some unusual requests!

A little bit more info…
Beetle juice will provide all ice, juices, garnishes and purées. After de-rig we will dispose of all rubbish and take this off-site. We aim to arrive at least 2 hours prior to your event to set up and require 1 x 13amp plug socket within 30m of the vehicle / bar.
Travel costs are dependant on where you are in the UK, obviously it’s more expensive the further we have to travel, however, events within 50 miles of our headquarters in Hamphshire have travel costs included for free. For anywhere outside of this, one of our team will be happy to calculate the costs to your chosen location.
